The company mentorship program

People here teach each other. This is how that gets arranged.

Twice a year the program opens. You say what you want to learn or what you can teach, a person — not a score — pairs you with someone, and the two of you run the relationship from there. Sign in with your work account to apply or to open a mentorship you are already in.

1  You apply

Pick a cohort and say what you want to learn or teach. Mentee applications wait for manager approval; mentors set a capacity — how many people they can take.

2  We suggest a pair

A compatibility score ranks expertise overlap, availability and department distance. It only ranks the options — a human confirms every pairing, and nobody is ever matched automatically.

3  You meet and log it

Either of you proposes a time; the other confirms. Keep notes after a session and set goals together. Only the two of you can read a session note — not administrators, not your manager.

4  The program learns

A short check-in once a month rolls up into cohort health. Individual ratings stay anonymous in every report, and your written comments never reach your partner.

Operational endpoints: liveness and readiness.
